INNOVATION SUBSIDIES – WE INVEST IN YOUR FUTURE
CONSTRUCTION OF PRODUCTION HALL/WAREHOUSE UL. MILENIJNA 6 IN ŻŁOBNICA
AS A PART THE PROJECT “DIVERSIFICATION OF PRODUCTION BY LAUNCHING INNOVATIVE LINE FOR MANUFACTURE OF FULLY RECYCLABLE BRUSHES MADE ENTIRELY OF RECYCLABLE MATERIAL” The main objective of the investment project is diversification of production by launching innovative line for manufacture of brushes. Arix Polska is the leading manufacturer of household cleaning products and personal hygiene and care products. Being a daughter company of the Italian company Arix SpA which has been in the business for more than 30 years, it may draw on the vast achievements in R and D, marketing and commercial relations. In many sectors of plastic products attention to minimizing the impact on the environment becomes more and more significant as a competitive factor. The Arix Group’s response to the market requirements has been a preparation, in collaboration with cooperating companies, of innovative technology of manufacturing fully recyclable brushes made entirely of recyclable material. The R and D technology which is a result of this process will be implemented in its entirety in the company Arix Polska, in a new production hall which is being built especially for this project. Only recyclable material collected in the territory of Poland will be used for the new production. The results of research and development works bought from the mother company Arix and from the company Ghizzi will be used in this project. The innovative character of the implemented technology has been confirmed by the Technical University of Częstochowa. Moreover, the applicant is planning to introduce a marketing innovation as a part of the project: the new logo “Eco-Quality 100% recyclable material” on the products (in various languages). The essence of the new technology which is the subject of the project is the implementation of such innovations in the machines used for the manufacture of hair for brushes so it can be manufactured entirely from recyclable material. The factors determining the innovative character of the technology are as follows:
